My healthy living journey has been a unique and evolving adventure. It began during my high school and early college years, where I played multiple sports, with basketball as my main focus. As my interest in competitive sports waned, I discovered a new passion—teaching fitness classes at my local YMCA. Even though I initially felt unqualified, I sensed a greater calling in this work. Over time, I taught various group fitness classes, including strength training, boot camp, cycling, and personal training for individuals and groups.​

However, after experiencing multiple injuries and surgeries, I made the difficult decision to step away from the health and wellness world for a time and pursue a career in the corporate world, putting my bachelor’s degree to use.
During this break from teaching and training, I realized that my passion for empowering and encouraging others was still burning bright. It was during this time that I discovered yoga—not just as a way to stay physically active but as a practice that helped me reconnect with and appreciate my body in a deeper way. This newfound connection led me to complete my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in January 2020, followed by my 500-Hour Master’s Training through YogaFaith in July 2023.
Healthy living, however, goes far beyond physical activity. I came to understand the critical role that proper nutrition and clean products play in fueling our bodies from the inside out. This realization inspired me to seek out products that support gut health, brain health, and overall well-being. Today, I am passionate about sharing this knowledge, along with these products and opportunities, to help others who may be struggling with fatigue, gut issues, or simply looking to feel and look healthier.

I am deeply committed to empowering others to become the best scientists of their own bodies through nourishing whole foods, clean products, and holistic wellness practices. Together, we can thrive and live abundantly!
