Tips for a great experience:

Arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Not feeling well? Stay home to rest until you are symptom free.

Allow time for parking - on-site and street parking is available.

Inform the teacher of any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy and ask any questions you have.

Wear comfortable clothing and plan to be barefoot.

Stay hydrated before, during, and after class.

Show up, be open, be present, and begin where you are - let go of expectations!

Stay until the end of class - it's the best part!
