Please read our Late Cancel and No-Show Policy

• When you reserve a spot, we guarantee you have a place in class if you arrive on time. Doors will close 5 minutes after class for the safety and experience of all students. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all, we kindly ask all students to cancel one (1) hour prior to the start of class or notify the studio if you can't make it or are running late.

• If you can't make class and must cancel, please cancel prior to one (1) hour of the start of class via your account mobile app or by calling/texting the studio - 608-401-7007. If it's within the hour of class starting, please call/text our studio.

• At this time, there are no fees for late cancellations or no-shows. This may be enforced if habitual cancellations and no-shows begin to occur. Please be mindful and respectful of this policy for all students and staff.
