Menopause Awareness Month

Too many women quietly struggle, often told “that’s just part of getting older”, but that doesn’t mean we have to simply live with it. Over 90% of women say they were never taught about menopause and most only begin searching for information after symptoms start (UCL study). Additionally, 57% of post-menopausal women report the experience as difficult or very difficult (PMC, 2023). Millions of women are navigating hot flashes, brain fog, mood shifts, painful cycles, or sleep struggles on their own — without the education, tools, or resources they deserve.

🌿 Finding Relief & Support

While I can’t provide medical advice, I can share what has helped many other women through this transition:

✨ Herbal remedies that have been trusted for generations to ease symptoms naturally.

✨ Nutrition strategies that stabilize hormones, reduce inflammation, and support energy.

✨ Lifestyle shifts like stress management, better sleep habits, and mindful movement that make a big difference day-to-day.

Menopause may be a universal stage of life, but your journey is personal. Small, intentional changes can bring powerful relief.

💬 Let’s Talk

Although this is primarily about Menopause, this can relate to anyone dealing with hormone issues or if you’ve been struggling with:

  • Painful periods or cycle challenges

  • Mood swings, brain fog, or fatigue

  • Hot flashes and night sweats

  • Or just feeling “off” in your own body

…you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d love to hop on a call and simply listen, share what I’ve learned, and help you explore natural support options that align with your goals.

This is a safe, judgment-free space, and sometimes just being heard is the first step toward feeling better. I'd love to chat with you and support you on this journey.

When you start to balance your hormones, you start to balance your whole life.
