Don’t Wait for 2025 – The Final 90 Days Start NOW!

Here we are—90 days left in the year. It’s a little crazy to think about how fast time flies, right? With the new year approaching us quickly, it can be tempting to hit pause and tell ourselves, “I’ll start over in 2025” or “This year will be my fresh start.”


But why wait? The final stretch of the year is actually the perfect time to pursue your goals and make real, lasting changes.


Look back at the beginning of 2024 and consider the goals you set out then. How has progress gone? Have you maybe even forgotten about a few? Just because we are 9 months through the year, doesn’t mean the year is over and your goals can’t be achieved. Don’t let your mind even be open to considering that option.


Now I get it, sometimes the lack of motivation or commitment is real. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, especially as we move into the new autumn season, and the holidays, school just started, etc. But here’s the truth: one small step taken today can snowball into huge progress by the end of the year.


Imagine how amazing it would feel to enter 2025 already in motion.


Waiting for the right time…Why? Has there ever been a right time?

We often fall into the trap of thinking we need to wait for the perfect moment, a clean slate, or a Monday to start. But the truth is, waiting just delays your growth. If you’ve been feeling stuck or longing for change—whether it's in your health, mindset, or relationships—the final 90 days are the best gift of time that you can use to your advantage.


You don’t need an elaborate plan.

You don’t need to go all-in.

You just need to start.


Ask yourself what is one small thing you can do today to move toward your goals? Maybe it’s committing to 10 minutes of movement, changing one food/drink item in your diet, journaling your thoughts, or calling that friend you’ve been meaning to connect with. The key is starting, no matter how small the step.


But I don’t have the Motivation…You haven’t taken Action yet.Sometimes, we wait for motivation to strike us like a lightning bolt. But the truth is, motivation often comes from taking action, not the other way around. Start with the smallest change you can manage, and the momentum will build. You’ll start to feel good about your progress, and that, in turn, will fuel your drive to keep going.


One more thing….too many times we only think about the end goal. And we don’t actually enjoy the process of getting there. We become so focused on the result that we may not realize it isn’t the outcome or the result that we needed but it was the entire process. So don’t lose sight of the highs, lows, difficulties, and celebrations on your journey, Just remember that one small step today can have massive compound in 30, 60, and even 90 days.
