I am Loving Awareness

ɪ ᴀᴍ ʟᴏᴠɪɴɢ ᴀᴡᴀʀᴇɴᴇꜱꜱ
As we enter the holiday weekend, repeat these words to yourself: ɪ ᴀᴍ ʟᴏᴠɪɴɢ ᴀᴡᴀʀᴇɴᴇꜱꜱ. Meditation can be scary but don't let the name scare you.
Inhale. Exhale.
This meditation practice begins with focusing your attention in the middle of your chest, on the heart. Taking a few deep breaths into your diaphragm; breathe in love and breathe out love.
Starting with the fact that you are aware. Then to loving everything that you are simply aware of. Awareness becomes all about love, just love.
Inhale. Exhale.
Meditation isn't about forcing our thoughts to stop (it's almost impossible!). It's about observing our minds and thoughts. It's about being willing to sit in stillness to connect with your inner self and generate a higher level of self awareness. The more we practice, the more we use this inner wisdom in the real world.
Inhale. Exhale.
