How long have you been doing yoga (what's your yoga journey)?

I had tried yoga in the past, when I was working, but the schedule didn’t work the best for me. Being retired now, has given me the time to enjoy getting back to it, and I was excited when Be Still Yoga studio opened up here in Bangor.

What is your favorite class & why? 

I can’t say, which of the classes are my favorite, because of the three I tried, Gentle Yoga, Yin and your new class, Gentle Strength are all awesome!

What keeps you coming back to yoga?

I try to stay active, with walking and biking, but with Yoga classes, it adds the ability to work on my overall joint movement, helping build my core strength and all-around balance.

What would you tell someone who is considering trying yoga?

I would encourage anyone who has thought about trying yoga, come to Be Still Yoga. Beth is a wonderful instructor, who does an excellent job, coaching you through every move and pose, always making suggestions, to make it as comfortable for you as an individual.

Share some of your hobbies or your favorite things to do.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my husband and our family and friends. I also enjoy gardening, fishing and reading, and just enjoying life!
